At Alcone Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that for hygiene reasons, used cosmetics cannot be returned.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the products in their original shipping box if possible, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.
Ship and Track
Send your return to our warehouse using a traceable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
